THE AREA

The beautiful and proud Porto Ottiolu marina has over 450 boat berths. The port is very popular because of the fun nightlife with its bars and boutiques.
Budoni has many coasts with sandy beaches, partially replaced by pine forests and cliffs. In total there are approximately 18 km of beach.
The great luck is that there are tons of driveways that lead to the various beaches and therefore, even in high summer, the tourists are spread over the entire beach without it being too crowded.
There are many bars, pizzeria and restaurants on the beach that you can spend the whole day on the beach. In some places, umbrellas and chairs are rented.

The fitted kitchen was made by a carpenter and the kitchen appliances are all new, top quality branded items.
The bedrooms were also all made by the carpenter, everything perfectly coordinated with the rest of the furnishings in color and style.
The terraces were newly paved, the ceiling with thick healthy wooden beams.
The large living room with the open kitchen has a separate entrance and also the sliding door with access to the terrace.
A huge picture window opens with a view of the pool and the coast. The kitchen is open for cooking evenings with the whole family or with friends.
A wonderful sitting area with huge handmade cushions is right in front of the panoramic window and is perfect for cuddling up in front of the TV during a nice movie night.
The dining room has been moved to the terrace, because you can’t imagine anything better.
The terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs, here you can really enjoy every minute with a wonderful view of the coast, the sea and the mountains.
The interesting thing is that the terrace can also be used in the pre-season, because large glass panes have been attached so that you can open and close them as you like.
Particularly pleasant on cooler or windy days.
A hallway leads to privacy.
The bathroom, which is intended for general use, is right next to the first bedroom. It is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The rooms are lovingly furnished, simple and elegant but with class. Each room is fully air-conditioned with warm and cold air.
The bedrooms all have a view of the garden and the mountains.
A wide staircase with a few steps leads down to the master bedroom with a private bathroom.
It is very large and is perfect as a parent’s bedroom. From here you come to a private balcony where you can retreat to a reading lesson on your own.
The bathroom is also perfectly equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
From the bathroom you can go out through a door to the balcony, which is already accessible from the bedroom.
DEPENDANCE
The guest room is located in the basement with a separate entrance and is always furnished in the same style. Here too, the sun-moon hug is laughing at you.
The bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. This small branch is perfect for good friends who can be accommodated in a private atmosphere.
Here too there are large bright windows with lots of light.
THE GARDEN
The highlight of these villas is certainly the garden and the private pool.
It is reached via the terrace and you have a breathtaking view of the coast and the sea and the mountains.
The owner put the stamp of passion on the garden.
Mediterranean trees and shrubs grow here, and a wonderful, lush green lawn everywhere.
You can inhale the sea breeze along with the scents of all natural plants that grow in the mountains.
A trustworthy gardener takes care of the garden all year round and can also help you to keep everything in perfect order.
There is also an outdoor grill in the garden, where you will spend many wonderful hours with friends and family.
THE POOL
The absolute highlight is this wonderful pool, where the sun is at home.
The big blue pool invites you to just jump in, it’s so big that you can swim in it, so we’re not talking about a paddling pool, but a luxury pool.
At the edges of the pool, which are paved with granite stones, you can jump into the water with joy.
Around the pool there are comfortable sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. Who could say no to that.
The outdoor shower is made of natural stones and we always like to find these Sardinian natural stones in the walls of the house and the outside walls.
This Mediterranean combination with stone, granite and wood gives a perfect harmonious atmosphere.
The pool is easy to maintain, everything is supplied with a motor pump and a hard-working cleaning robot that cleans the pool every day.
The water temperature is around 30 degrees so that the pool can also be used in the off-season.
THE SUN TERRACE
Very special and the so-called I point is the sun terrace.
A staircase with granite steps leads to the sweet roof terrace and promises a wonderful view of the coast and the sea, the mountains and romantic hugs at night under a gigantic star tent.
