The apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and every comfort.
However, the current owners do not sell the two apartements separately, so they are perfect for those who want to use one as a home and want to earn the other income, or for a large family who wants to split the flats.

In Agrustos there are supermarkets for shopping, newsagent, tobacco shop, restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlor.
There is also a bus stop with links to the port and airport of Olbia and to the whole of Sardinia, as well as a summer bus connection to the sea, which accompanies the inhabitants in the municipality of Budoni and on the beaches free of charge.
The tourist port of Ottiolu is 2 km away.
