LOCATION

Su Cossu is a very charming village situated in the mountains, very close to the natural park of Usanavà.

The forest of Usinavà can be reached by an asphalted road that starts from the Sardinian East road on the northern outskirts of Budoni and goes through the hamlets of Brunella, Talavà, Su Cossu and Sos Rios, after another 1.5 km to the service building of the State Forest.
From Budoni it is about 15 km to Su Cossu.
The panorama when driving from Su Cossu towards the coast is indescribable.
Many families live in Su Cossu all year round and some families from abroad, such as Germany and Switzerland, have bought houses here and love the peace and quiet and the nature with the view of the mountains.
There are no shops in Su Cossu, but a representative comes every day in a small lorry and sells things and groceries. Otherwise we have a supermarket in Brunella.

THE HOUSE

It is a detached house of about 90 mq. It is in good condition, so absolutely habitable. The furnishings are well kept, perhaps the kitchen could do with a new fitted kitchen, but everything works.
The house has not been lived in for maybe 2 years, but it is amazing because when you enter the house you get the impression that you have come home. Everything is so simple yet familiar. Carismatic I would say. I love this kind of houses that … “wait for you…”.
The house has a big yard, a garden, terrace, a small cellar with kitchen ( not suitable for huge people ) and inside there is a hall, 3 rooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
There is a fireplace in the living room and kitchen.
