The exterior
This is a semi-detached house, connected only by a wall to the other property, therefore free on 3 sides.
The house is on two levels.
It is accessed by a driveway and is entered into the property by a sliding gate which delimits the entire plot of land of no less than 2000 sqm which stretches down to the sea, including a nice piece of pine forest.
The access to the sea is pedestrian on one side and on the other side there is a passageway for comfortably sliding a dinghy into the water.

The interior
