Each room has its own entrance and private veranda. The veranda is for the exclusive use of guests.

The B&B also has a separate room where breakfast is served. From here you have a wonderful view of the countryside and the Posada. All the equipment is available for those who want to continue running the B&B.

The swimming pool is very large and has a skimmer, surrounded by a large sun terrace.

It would be a perfect place to hold yoga classes in the morning. Pilates or aqua aerobics classes are also possible.

There is a shed at the edge of the pool where equipment such as loungers and tables can be stored. This is particularly useful in winter.

The house has a well. The water for irrigation is supplied by the consortium. It has a sand filter system for purifying the water and several water tanks with a total capacity of 36,000 litres (23,000 litres for the well and 13,000 litres for irrigation).

There are 2 solar panels on the roof that heat the water for all rooms using the sun. On days when the sun does not shine, the boiler starts automatically.

The house is connected to a septic tank.
