Casa Onda Marina is a holiday apartment ideal for families or small groups of friends who wish to stay in Budoni in a central location, close to all services and easily accessible even without a car. The property is located in Via Antonio Gramsci 4, in the town centre.

All main services are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and shops are located nearby. A playground and an outdoor fitness area are about 200 metres away, while the beach is approximately 750 metres away and easily reachable on foot.

A bus stop with ARST and Deplano connections from the port, airport and across Sardinia is located just 50 metres from the apartment. During the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September, a free municipal beach shuttle service is available.

During the summer months, the centre of Budoni offers pedestrian areas, evening markets, events and entertainment for children, as well as numerous bars, restaurants and pizzerias both in town and near the sea. Thanks to the location of the apartment, guests can move around comfortably without using a car.

Nearby beaches include Stella Marina (approximately 750 metres), La Tavernetta, Sa Capanizza, Salamaghe, Agrustos and Porto Ottiolu.

The apartment overlooks a private courtyard equipped with sun loungers and a swing, ideal for relaxing moments. Guests may also use the barbecue located in the shared garden.

Inside, the accommodation consists of a living area with a single sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and a pellet stove (available in March, April and October), a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, fridge and freezer, a double bedroom with TV and air conditioning, a twin bedroom with joinable single beds and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The apartment is equipped with a reserved parking space, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on all windows, free Wi-Fi and TV with international channels.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on request.
