Where are we ?

We are located in Budoni, 30 km south of Olbia – in the province of Sassari, in via Antonio Gramsci 4

The flats are located in the centre of Budoni, convenient and all services such as supermarket, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, fishmongers etc. are practically in front of the door.

In addition, there are playgrounds and gyms open less than 200 metres away. The sea is 750 metres away and can also be reached on foot.

What if I come without a car?

The bus stop is 50 metres away. Then the ARST and DEPLANO bus lines arrive here from the port and airport and from all over Sardinia.

During the months of mid-June to mid-September, the municipality offers the MARE BUS free of charge.

What does the village offer?

You can walk along the evening promenade to the various squares along the traffic-free main street.

Various theme evenings are offered, stalls offer their products along the corso, shops and boutiques are open all evening.

Various entertainment is also offered for children and young people, there are inflatable parks, merry-go-rounds and an amusement park for all ages.

The clubs, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are endless both in the corso and also along the sea or in the various hamlets.

In the evening, you can stroll around the village without having to use your car, maximum independence for all guests.

How far are the beaches?

The nearest beaches are those of Stella Marina about 750 metres away, followed by Tavernetta and Sa Capanizza. On the opposite side is Salamaghe and then the beaches of Agrustos and Porto Ottiolu.

There is a barbecue in the small communal garden that guests can use.

The flat is located on the ground floor, facing the street. It has a private garden with independent access. The garden is equipped with deck chairs and a rocking chair.

The covered veranda offers a sun awning, you can eat on the veranda.

• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 small bedroom with 2 beds – it is also possible to join the beds together to make a double bed
