Casa Luna is a holiday apartment ideal for couples who wish to stay in the centre of Budoni, close to all services and easily accessible even without a car. The property is located in Via Antonio Gramsci 4, in the town centre, approximately 30 km from Olbia.
All main services are within walking distance, including supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and shops. Playgrounds and outdoor fitness areas are located less than 200 metres away, while the beach is approximately 750 metres away and easily reachable on foot.
A bus stop with ARST and Deplano connections from the port and airport is located just 50 metres from the apartment. During the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September, a free municipal beach shuttle service is also available.
During the summer months, the centre of Budoni offers pedestrian areas, evening markets, events and entertainment for children and teenagers, as well as numerous bars and restaurants both in town and near the sea. Thanks to its central location, guests can enjoy their stay without using a car.
Nearby beaches include Stella Marina (approximately 750 metres), La Tavernetta, Sa Capanizza, Salamaghe, Agrustos and Porto Ottiolu.
Guests may use the barbecue located in the shared garden, ideal for outdoor dinners.
Casa Luna is located on the first floor and features a private entrance. It offers a covered veranda with sun awning for outdoor meals and a private balcony.
Inside, the accommodation consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (gas oven, fridge and freezer), TV and fan, one double bedroom with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with a private parking space, mosquito nets on the windows, free Wi-Fi and TV with international channels. Shared outdoor areas are available for sunbathing.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on request.
Mandatory final cleaning: 60.00 euro.
Tourist tax applies from the age of 12, according to local regulations.
