Welcoming guests has always been my passion. After the experience with Le Case di Helga, I’m happy to open the doors of Sa Domo de Pedru, a home that is more than just accommodation to me: it’s a piece of my heart and family history.
For me, hospitality is made of small gestures: a smile at your arrival, flexibility in organising times and details, and the desire to make you feel at home from the very first moment. I love meeting new people, sharing tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to truly experience Sardinia.

My goal? That your holiday is so beautiful you’ll want to tell the story and live it again. Here you won’t just find accommodation… you’ll find an experience.

About the house

The house accommodates up to 6 guests in three large bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan, mosquito screens, and a TV. The single bathroom, functional and well-equipped, features a shower and washing machine; outside, an open-air shower offers the pleasure of rinsing off under the sun after the beach. The semi-open kitchen overlooks the living area, making cooking a shared experience.
Outside, a large covered veranda awaits for al fresco dining under the stars, a private rear garden to relax in the evening, and a barbecue area to fully enjoy your summer nights. An indoor parking space and free on-street parking complete the comfort.
Sa Domo de Pedru is the ideal choice for those seeking a home that is not anonymous, but full of life and warmth, where every corner has a soul and every day feels like a real holiday.

About the neighbourhood

The area of Sa Domo de Pedru is a peaceful corner of Budoni: a quiet and safe cul-de-sac, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the centre and the lively evening promenade. Here, you can forget the car and enjoy moving around on foot or by bike.
Just steps away, you’ll find everything you need: the MD supermarket, pizzerias, bars, restaurants, and the famous Vibe Cocktail Bar for a sunset drink. In just a few minutes by car (or a short ride), you can reach Budoni’s beaches and nearby ones, with white sand and crystal-clear waters.
Budoni is also the perfect starting point to explore Sardinia’s north-eastern coast: San Teodoro, Posada, Orosei, and the hidden coves of the Gulf of Orosei await you. And when you return, the serenity of your home will welcome you… away from the noise, close to everything that matters.
