Casa Sole is a ground-floor apartment, ideal for families or small groups of friends who wish to stay in Budoni in a central location, close to all services and easily accessible even without a car. The property is located in Via Antonio Gramsci 4, in the centre of Budoni, approximately 30 km from Olbia.
All main services are within walking distance, including supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, fish shops, playgrounds and outdoor fitness areas, all within 200 metres. The beach is about 750 metres away. A bus stop is located just 50 metres from the apartment, with ARST and Deplano connections from the port and airport. During the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September, a free municipal Mare Bus service is also available.
In summer, Budoni town centre offers pedestrian areas, evening markets, events and entertainment for children, as well as numerous bars and restaurants both in the town and along the seafront. Thanks to its location, guests can enjoy their stay without the need for a car. Nearby beaches include Stella Marina (750 m), La Tavernetta, Sa Capanizza, Salamaghe, Agrustos and Porto Ottiolu.
The apartment has a private entrance and features a private garden equipped with sun loungers and a swing, as well as a covered veranda with sun awning, suitable for outdoor dining. Guests may also use the shared barbecue area located in the communal garden.
Inside, the apartment consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen (gas oven, fridge and freezer) and TV, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with joinable beds, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Additional amenities include a private parking space, air conditioning, mosquito screens and blackout curtains, free Wi-Fi and TV with international channels.
Bed linen and towels are not included and can be rented on request. Mandatory final cleaning is € 70.00. Tourist tax applies from 12 years of age. A receipt is issued by the private host; invoices cannot be provided.
