Casa Onda Marina is an apartment ideal for families or small groups of friends who wish to stay in Budoni in a central location, convenient to services and easily reachable even without a car. The accommodation is located in Via Antonio Gramsci 4, in the center of the town.

All main services are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and shops are located just outside the building. About 200 meters away there is a playground and an outdoor gym, while the beach is about 750 meters away and can easily be reached on foot.

Only 50 meters from the apartment there is the ARST and Deplano bus stop, with connections from the port, airport and from all parts of Sardinia. During the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September, the free municipal Mare Bus service operates to reach the beaches.

During the summer season the center of Budoni offers pedestrian areas, evening markets, events and entertainment for children, as well as numerous bars, restaurants and pizzerias both in the town center and near the sea. The location of the apartment allows you to move around comfortably without using a car.

Among the nearest beaches are Stella Marina (about 750 meters), La Tavernetta, Sa Capanizza, Salamaghe, Agrustos and Porto Ottiolu.

The apartment overlooks a private courtyard equipped with sun loungers and a swing seat, ideal for relaxing moments. There is also a barbecue located in the shared garden, available for guests.

Inside, the accommodation consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and a pellet stove (usable in the months of March, April and October), a kitchen equipped with gas oven, refrigerator and freezer, a double bedroom with TV and air conditioning, a small bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The apartment is equipped with a reserved parking space, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito screens on all windows, free Wi-Fi and TV with foreign channels.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on request.
The mandatory final cleaning fee is € 70.00.
