After my experience with Le Case di Helga, I’m happy to open the doors of Sa Domo de Pedru, a home that is more than just accommodation: it’s a piece of my heart and my family’s story.

For me, hospitality is made of small gestures:
a warm smile when you arrive, flexibility with times and details, and the genuine desire to make you feel at home from the very first moment.
I love meeting new people, sharing tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to experience Sardinia in the most authentic way.

My goal? That your holiday becomes so special you’ll want to relive it and tell everyone about it.

🏡 The House

The home blends the charm of the past with modern comfort.
The original floors whisper stories of another era, while the rooms are bright, spacious, and functional.

Inside you’ll find:

• A long corridor leading to a cozy living room with semi-open kitchen, perfect for cooking and chatting together.

• Three large bedrooms, each with:

  • Ceiling fan for a natural breeze

  • Sardinian-style décor, each room with its own personality and atmosphere

• A bathroom with shower and washing machine

Extra services:

• Bed linen and towels rental €20 per person (or bring your own)

• Final cleaning € 150,00 mandatory

• Bicycle rental available right in front of the house

Conditions:

• Security deposit: €300, refunded at check-out

• Check-in from 4:00 PM – Check-out by 9:00 AM

• Special requests to be agreed in advance

• City tax payable on site

Outside:

• Covered veranda, ideal for outdoor dining and barbecues

• Sunbathing area

• Street parking (dead-end street, maximum quiet)

Just around the corner: supermarket MD, pizzerias, bars, restaurants, and the popular Vibe Cocktail Bar — perfect for an evening drink at sunset.
In a few minutes by car (or bike) you can reach Budoni’s beautiful beaches and the nearby coves with white sand and crystal-clear water.

Budoni is also the perfect starting point to explore the north-eastern coast of Sardinia: San Teodoro, Posada, Orosei and the hidden coves of the Gulf of Orosei are waiting for you.
